Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on VibeScan (a product of 67Lab.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VibeScan provides automated vulnerability scanning for publicly accessible web applications. Scans are executed using open-source security engines (OWASP ZAP, Nuclei) and results are presented as advisory reports. VibeScan does not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may only scan URLs that you own or have explicit written authorization to test.
• Unauthorized scanning of third-party websites is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• You may not use VibeScan for malicious purposes, including but not limited to: exploiting discovered vulnerabilities, denial-of-service attacks, or data exfiltration.

4. Credits & Billing

Scans consume credits from your account balance. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Free tier credits are provided at account creation and may not be transferred. Paid credit packages are processed via Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

VibeScan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. 67Lab.ai shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Security reports are advisory and do not constitute professional security auditing or certification.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@67lab.ai.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of VibeScan after changes constitutes acceptance.
